Mini Tea Brick (RAW)

This mini raw pu-erh tea brick is made from broken leaf, as is customary with first grade mao cha. Harvested tea leaves are either partially dried and compressed into bricks as whole leaves or thoroughly dried and ground before being compressed into bricks. Newly formed tea bricks are then left to cure, dry, and age before being sold or traded. Our focus is on finding tea bricks made with full mature leaves, tippy pekoes, and the vintage. It is hand-shaped brick of compressed brown-black tea and brews a clear and dark ruby liquor with a satisfying, remarkably smooth taste.Individually wrapped with paper, the Tuocha are an ideal size (3 grams) for individual serving.
